Refund policies

We offer a 30 days return policy on manufacturer's defects only. If you have received an item that was damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will assess the damage and initiate the return process.

You will be responsible for shipping the item back to us.

Returned items must be in original, unused condition where applicable, with all original packaging present.

Pre-owned and sale items are not eligible for refunds. If you have any questions about a pre-owned or sale item, please ask before you buy.
